Most of our properties are located within a 10 - minute walk to 3 major tube stations; Old Street, Liverpool Street and Barbican. With the opening of the new Hackney line, more properties will become easily accessible.
Rental for properties in our area range from:
- Studios - £150 - £200 per week
- 1 bedroom - £210 - £350 per week
- 2 bedrooms - £260 - £450 per week
- 3 bedrooms - £350 - £500 per week
- 4 - 5 bedrooms - £550 onwards
Once you have found the property of your choice, our negotiators will take you through the renting process that includes a detailed discussion of requirements that you might have, explanation of rental and deposit requirements, all relevant charges and reference checking procedures.

WORKING PERSONS
- Reference from place of work (this reference must state annual salary and if the position is permanent).
- Copies of last three bank statements or Bank reference.
- Reference from previous Landlord.
- Character reference.
- Copy of photo ID (Passport or Driving License).
- Reference from Accountant
- Reference from Client
STUDENTS
- Reference from place of study.
- Guarantor reference.
- Copies of last three bank statements or Bank reference.
- Reference from previous Landlord.
- Character reference.
- Copy of photo ID (Passport or Driving License).
